The Office Space’s Mission Statement is simple: Delivering the space, services, culture and opportunities for businesses to thrive. For us, this means award winning architecturally designed working environments, a dynamic collective of successful and creative people, and impeccable customer service. Our concierge team are discreet, organised and sharply dressed—aware of every name, appointment and coffee order. Importantly, they’re an authentic human interface for all front-of-house services, spanning call answering, guest greetings on arrival, catering, special requests and personal assistant tasks. Alongside a sophisticated, custom-built back-of-house software system, the department streamline and elevate every tenant’s work-day experience—allowing them to maximise their office time.   If you have a head for office admin and a heart for service, we’d love to hear from you.

The position is for a full time Office Coordinator at our Paramount Office in Surry Hills.
