The Office Space builds, equips and services work environments that are customised to suit a variety of needs and budgets. We offer a range of office configurations from open plan workstations to private suites that accommodate one to eight people, as well as multiple space options that can facilitate businesses as they grow. Professionals are further supported by a range of highly flexible options, such as casual, month-by-month or more long term leasing without onerous lock-in contracts.

Our work environments are equipped with the premium business infrastructure such as networked fibre internet at 500Mbps symmetrical, Biolock security systems, and multifunctional printers. Your needs are expertly managed by our full time reception team who provide call answering and messaging services, mail and courier management, guest welcomes, refreshment service and meeting room arrangements.

We can also deliver a complete suite of administrative services including: diary management, print jobs and document binding, data entry, online research, transcription & typing, mail merges and mail-outs, errand running, in-house catering and specialised bookings and recommendations.

Paramount by The Office Space represents a bold new concept in office real estate. Set within the walls of a heritage-listed icon, its sophisticated purpose-built meeting rooms speak of your business’s success. Our concierge team is always on point, escorting guests to the meeting room and offering cucumber water and complimentary gourmet snacks during meetings.

Prices

All meeting spaces are available to free of charge to residents. External clients are welcome and can book at an hourly rate.

8 person meeting options are $150 + GST per hour.

4-6 person meeting options are $80 + GST per hour.

The Golden Age Bar or Cinema is available to book.  The Office Space clients receive discounted rates.

Light refreshments or full catering can be arranged.
