Social: Introduction to Fermentation

Gut health is at the forefront of health research today, with emerging evidence supporting how important our microbiomes are to our health: our mood, weight, food cravings, hormones, and overall wellness.

This month we have a social event with a difference – an introduction to fermentation with fermentation queen bee Holly Davis and author of “ferment” published by Murdoch Books.

Holly has 40 years’ experience as a wholefood chef and teacher, and is a co-founder of Sydney’s Iku Wholefoods. Holly will cater a spread of fermented foods for us to enjoy and teach us the secrets of the ancient art of fermentation.  Learn how to ferment at home with confidence and ease.

When: Thursday, 23rd November 5:30-7:00pm
Where: Reservoir Level 6 Boardroom
Cost: FREE for all TOS residents!
RSVP: Here
