Table: Venus Wholefoods

Venus Wholefoods on Bourke Street is the gourmet goddess of cold-pressed juices, superfood smoothies, great coffee courtesy of Single ’O, wholefood breakfast options, seasonal salads and hearty sandwich fillers plus yummy guilt-free afternoon treats. Residents, this Thursday, 6 October, we’re bringing Venus Wholefoods to you. Choose from a Vermicelli rice noodle salad with lime poached salmon, tamari roasted green beans, spring onion, carrot ribbons, coriander, baby rocket and toasted crushed peanuts with a turmeric, medjool date and dijon dressing OR a vegetarian sandwich with paprika grilled eggplant, zucchini, pumpkin, spinach, pickled red onion, house chilli jam and mayonnaise. Fact: good digestion is the key to a healthy body, and wholefoods are the easiest to digest. Being as close to their natural state as possible, they are unprocessed and unrefined and generally don’t come with added salt or fat.
