Poke bowls are the latest food trend sweeping Sydney from the happy shores of Hawaii. So what is it? Poke’ (pronounced Poh-Keh) is a Hawaiian-style sushi salad, traditionally consisting of raw or cured fresh fish thrown in with lots of colourful vegetables.
