Insight recap: The Multigenerational Workplace

For the first time in history, five generations will soon be working side by side. Each group has its own distinct characteristics, values, and attitudes toward work, which create both challenges and opportunities. This November The Office Space is looked at the Multigenerational Workplace.  We invited a cross section of the workforce to take the stage: Chinese-born Australian artist, designer, and social entrepreneur Danling Xiao (Millennial), co-founder and executive producer of creative agency and post production house Heckler Will Alexander (Gen X), and one of the country’s most esteemed social researchers, generational expert, psychologist, and author Hugh Mackay (Pre Baby Boomer)   Enjoy the full panel interview below.   https://vimeo.com/303193199
