“Our future depends on us all acting in a sustainable way and thinking creatively about how we impact our environment and our communities.”
Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz, CEO & Managing Director Mirvac
This year Mirvac was recognised as Australia’s most innovative property company, ranking number one on the 2019 AFR BOSS Most Innovative Companies List. Building upon the 2014 “This Changes Everything” sustainability manifesto*, and the commitment from CEO Susan Lloyd-Hurwitz to invest $100 million towards purpose-driven enterprises by 2030, Mirvac has demonstrated its serious commitment to these goals. Initiatives include its urban basement farm, Cultivate, and its recently launched Impact Accelerator.
Paul Edwards is the General Manager Workplace Experiences at Mirvac and is responsible for preparing the company – and the tens of thousands of people within their portfolio of spaces – for the future of work, workers and workplace. Paul also pushes for innovative solutions and has founded two start-ups within Mirvac – Hoist a flexible space business, and Mirvac Energy a renewables business.
