Jacqui Challinor

What began as an idea from head chef Jacqui Challinor to host brunch at NOMAD to raise funds for the Red Cross Bushfire Appeal, quickly morphed into a delicious show of solidarity and support from over 40 top chefs and, a number of generous suppliers and, of course, this city’s foodie scene.

On Sunday 12th January “Sydney Cooks for the Bush” came together to host not only the brunch at NOMAD, but an epic bake sale at Chin Chin, and a rooftop aperitivo on the rooftop of Paramount. There was also a silent action that raised $75,000, taking the total event donation to $150,000.
