Richmond Associates Australia are a boutique executive search consultancy based in London and Sydney. Established in the UK in 1999 and Australia in 2011, we work in partnership with the worlds leading education, cultural and charitable organisations to find talented fundraisers. Because we are focused purely on recruiting fundraisers, we have an enviable insight into the profession which enables us to advise on career development and talent management strategies. The senior team at Richmond Associates have all been fundraisers or human resource specialists in their previous careers and are all members of relevant accredited bodies in both fundraising and recruitment. We strongly believe in supporting and developing the sector, and are able to do so through being members of CASE and providing scholarships for delegates to attend the Annual Conference in Europe and Asia.
